We are excited to announce the relaunch of Faveo with expanded services and offerings. Faveo has pivoted and is now offering staffing services for your contract labor needs.
Faveo allows businesses to hire on-demand contract labor for short-term and medium-term projects and business needs. We noticed that businesses were having difficulty finding skilled and available staff to meet their temporary labor needs, and we are proud to offer an efficient and effective solution.

You don’t have to spend hours or days sorting through resumes and interviewing staff that you may only need for a couple of days. We understand that businesses need the flexibility to scale up with short-term contract staff without taking on the commitment and liability of hiring additional W2 staff.
Our Helpmates are vetted and background checked to ensure that you receive qualified and trust-worthy laborers. Getting Started with Faveo
Our customer success team is ready to get you started today and find you the staff you need for all of your upcoming projects!
If you haven’t already, you’ll need to create a company account. You will see a blue button in the top right hand corner of our site titled Get On-Demand Labor.
Select this button and simply fill out the short form with your company name, contact information, and what type of help you are looking for.
The form only takes a minute to fill out. Once you’ve submitted it, our Customer Success team will reach out to walk you through the rest of our short onboarding process and help you start staffing your projects.
Making your first Request
Making a staffing request on Faveo is quick and easy! Our web-based, easy-to-navigate platform allows companies to quickly post jobs and book staff at any time of day.
To make your first request follow these simple steps:
1. Start Your Request
On your dashboard, go to Requests. This is where you will be able to keep track of your open requests. For now, you will see a prompt to Create New Job. Select this to begin your request.
2. Give Your Job A Name
Create a title for the job that will help you distinguish it from your other requests.
3. Fill out the Job Requirements
Include how many workers you need, what they’ll be doing, and set any skill or experience requirements.
4. Set the Job Schedule
Share what dates and times you will need staff for your project. You can hire staff for one day or several. Both short-term and mid-length projects are allowed.
5. Set the location
Provide the address and location information for the job. Include the site location rather than the company address if you want them to arrive at an offsite location such as a construction site or event space. Please also include a point of contact and any special location instructions such as parking, booth number, etc.
The last page will summarize all of the information that you’ve inputted about the job. Once you’re ready, just hit Submit! The process is quick and simple and you will be able to review interested and available helpmates soon!
